Langan Consulting Engineers (LCE) is an engineering design consultancy specialising in
Civil, Structural and Marine Engineering.
Founded in 2012, LCE is led by a team of Chartered Engineers with a range of experience on civil and structural projects. Since our inception, Langan Consulting Engineers has been delivering consistent quality consulting services to our clients. With a reputation built on expertise, we approach every project, using the latest technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality and unique engineering solutions. Located in Mayo and Galway, we have delivered a range of small to large-scale design projects throughout Ireland and the UK. The projects varied from residential and commercial developments to civil infrastructural projects, for both private and public sector clients.

James is the managing Director of Langan Consulting Engineers. He has over twenty years' industry experience both on site and in the design office. He has managed and delivered a broad range of energy and civil infrastructure projects.
In 2012, he founded a multi-disciplinary engineering practice. The company has grown steadily and had delivered a number of civil and structural engineering projects for the private and public sector.
TIM MCHUGH

Tim has over fifteen years' experience in civil and structural engineering in Ireland and internationally. He specialises in structural engineering analysis and design. He has extensive experience in the design of complex steel and concrete structures.
He has an in-depth knowledge in hydrodynamics and hydrology for the design of marine related infrastructure. Tim is the technical lead on all analysis, design and specification for LCE structural and marine projects.
